Yarn composition: % cashmere, % cotton, % nylon. The addition of nylon enhances the garment’s delicate feel and crisp shape. The production process of this knitted sweater is extremely complex. After the yarn is prepared, the first step is to reel it in on a napping machine. The second step involves adding a special solution to wash the yarn and remove surface impurities. The third step involves creating small pieces, which workers then painstakingly stitch on a stitching machine, thread by thread. The fourth step involves washing the finished garment to fix its shape and improve its feel. Finally, it is ironed and packaged for shipment. This style uses a reverse stitching process, unlike ordinary sweaters, which demands exceptional skill from the workers. This garment has a very slow machine processing time, using an imported STOLL machine. Each garment takes up to 10 minutes, and only 10 pieces can be produced per day (1 hour). Larger sizes can weigh up to 100g per piece. Slow and meticulous work yields fine results. The heart logo on the chest uses an intarsia technique. After multiple pattern making and adjustments to achieve the original effect, this process extremely tests the skills of the craftsmen and the craftsmanship of the weaving machines. To ensure that the button material and size are consistent with the original, we disassembled the original pattern, took it to make molds, custom-made toggle buttons, and engraved the logo, achieving a high degree of fidelity to the original.
